Starting therapy can be a significant and sometimes unsettling step, particularly for individuals who have spent a considerable amount of time feeling compelled to manage life's challenges independently. Reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable speaking openly, gaining insight into what may be keeping them from moving forward, and finding practical, sustainable ways to progress.
I offer individual therapy for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and other personal struggles. My approach is rooted in empathy, and evidence-based practices, with each session tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
My background taught me the value of listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, building trust, and remaining steady during difficult circumstances. I bring that same calm, compassionate presence into therapy, helping clients better understand their patterns, process challenging experiences, and make meaningful changes that align with the life they want to live.
I am a mental health counselor with a limited permit in New York. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College.
