The road to healing begins the moment that you ask for help—and the fact that you are here, reading this, speaks to your courage.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, relationship and family dynamics, grief, and the lasting effects of abuse or violence. As a practitioner, I encourage the people I work with to show up as their most authentic and vulnerable selves, including the parts of their identities that have long been repressed out of fear or shame. When it comes to treatment, you are in the driver’s seat, and you hold the ability to move your own path forward. My role is to guide you along that path, providing you with support and a space for safety and reflection.

I will meet you where you are—uncovering and working through past trauma, identifying and understanding relational and behavioral patterns showing up in your life right now, and collaborating toward building a future version of yourself that aligns with your highest self. Healing is deeply personal, and treatment is tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use a variety of person-centered, trauma-informed strategies to help you not only manage your ongoing symptoms and challenge self-limiting beliefs and behaviors, but also understand the core source of your interpersonal struggles and thinking patterns. Our work together will be rooted in respect, trust, and communication, ensuring that the progress you make will extend well beyond the therapy room and into your relationships, work, and daily life.

I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling and am specialized in victimology studies.
