Getting Started
How do I get started with therapy?
Getting started is simple. Just schedule a session through our website. If you’re not 100% sure where to begin, we also offer a free 15-minute consultation, where you can ask basic questions, share what you’re looking for, and get to know your therapist.
What happens in the first few sessions?
Your therapist will create a safe, judgment-free space to explore your goals and needs. It’s a chance to begin building trust, and for us to collaboratively map your journey toward meaningful change.
How often are therapy sessions?
The frequency of sessions is always tailored to your individual needs. Some clients may benefit from meeting twice a week, while others may meet once a week or every two weeks. We generally recommend weekly sessions at the beginning of therapy, as this helps build trust, create consistency, and allows your therapist to get to know you more deeply.
How long do people usually stay in therapy?
Some clients come in with a short-term goal; others continue long-term. We’ll regularly check in to make sure therapy remains aligned with your goals.
