Evelyn Williams MS, MHC-LP
I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and lived experiences. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, relationship stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, helping clients build healthier coping skills, improve communication, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in meeting clients where they are. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR-informed techniques, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and meaningful. My goal is to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, build self-awareness, and create healthier patterns that support long-term healing and personal growth.
